Motivation is Overrated When It Comes To Making Real Change
How many times have you wanted to make real positive change in your life and simply lacked the motivation to make it happen? Did you feel weak because you couldn't do what you really wanted to do? Did you beat yourself up for lacking the strength to build those new habits or take that decisive action. You shouldn't. In this episode, we find out that motivation is incredibly overrated when it comes to making real changes. Perhaps, you can get motivated enough to do something one time. However, our motivation is so unstable that it won't work for building productive habits.
