Stop making plans to start doing something. Just do it already!!
How often do you tell yourself you are going to start making big changes in your life "starting Monday." Then Monday comes and goes without you actually doing anything at all. Perhaps, you attempt to make the change on Monday but with a lack of enthusiasm that ensures failure. Many of us repeat this cycle over and over and never actually move any closer to our goals. In this episode, we take a closer look at the dangers of "making plans". Sometimes when you make a plan to change, it feels like you actually did something. What's even better than that is to actually do something.
